In addition a recent announcement by the UK Department of Transport has confirmed that the A160 – the road leading in to the Immingham ports complex – will be upgraded to full dual carriageway status with the injection of £110m. The scheme is set to start in 2013 and will be completed within two years.

AHP is connected to the main network and plans are in preparation to develop new sidings at both the Southern and Northern sites.
